WE RENT AND SELL EQUIPMENT BLASTING EQUIPMENT.
We offer a 6 ft. x 6 ft. x 6 ft. burn‑off oven capable of reaching temperatures up to 900°F. At these temperatures, the oven performs complete thermal decontamination through pyrolysis, a USDA‑approved method for cleaning food‑processing equipment. The process effectively removes baked‑on food residue, grease, sugar, and other contaminants by converting them to ash.
Our burn‑off service is ideal for restoring equipment used in food and sugar production, including baking pans, grates, racks, trays, and components with heavy sugar carbonization. This high‑temperature cleaning method ensures a sanitary, residue‑free surface while preserving the integrity of the underlying equipment.
Master Blaster, Inc. also uses Sponge-Jet, a dry, low dust blasting technology for indoor blasting and cleaning projects. We use a multitude of different media filled sponge to suppress up to 99% of the dust from using alternative blasting medias that create dust. This unit is also for rent.
